Wicked Princesses highly recommends that all packages are insured and/or registered. Wicked Princesses will not be held responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Free shipping is available for all orders over $100.00
Local pickup from the Burpengary area is available too - please advise during checkout
Orders are kept current for FIVE days. If payment is not received, your order will be automatically cancelled and a $10 restocking fee will apply
International Orders
Wicked Princesses are happy to ship to our international friends. Please email us for a postage quote prior to placing your order.
Payment Methods Accepted
- Paypal (secure option using credit cards)
- Direct Deposit via internet banking or over the counter deposits at any Westpac Bank. Payments to be finalised within 5 working days - Please quote your name or order number. (bank details can be found on your order confirmation email)
Payment must be finalised within 4 working days or your order will be cancelled and a $10 restocking fee will apply.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in $AUD, and include 10% GST where applicable. Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice
Refunds and Returns
Wicked Princesses must be notified in writing within 5 days of invoice date of any faulty items. Refunds will only be given for faulty items (and not damaged by transit). All products must be returned in their original packaging. A gift voucher will be issued for the value of goods returned, if you do not choose to have the same product re-issued.
No refunds will be given if you change your mind.
Backorders
No back orders will be kept on file.
I've received a product that wasn't on the description. What happens now?
Each month we will endeavour to ensure that all products on the description are met. However, at certain times, due to circumstances beyond our control, we may have to replace an item with another like item. We reserve the right to make these changes, and no refunds will be given.
